We purchase residential, retail, office and development projects with value added possibilities. We also consider lender-owned property, portfolios, property subject to under-market leases, major capital required, construction issues and ground leases. Our Minimum purchase price is normally $1,000,000.
Our company was founded as a full-service commercial real estate company in 1982 by current president Brian Walsh. We previously employed commercial real estate brokers who specialized in the sale and lease of office, retail, industrial and investment real estate. In the early 1990’s we began purchasing commercial real estate through foreclosure sales and private party transactions. In 2007, we ceased all brokerage operations to focus on operating our existing portfolio and actively adding to our inventory. Although we no longer provide brokerage services, we respect the brokerage community and look forward to working with our former colleagues as principals.
